Specialist WEEE Waste Collection & Disposal
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) covers almost anything with a plug, battery or cable, and it must not go to landfill or in general waste. We collect electrical waste from homes, offices, schools, landlords and businesses across Aylesbury and the surrounding counties, sort it on collection and take it to the correct recycling streams so it is treated in line with the WEEE Regulations. All labour is included and you receive a waste transfer note for your records.
What counts as WEEE?
Any electrical or electronic item that has reached the end of its life is WEEE, from a desktop PC or office printer to a kettle, microwave, TV, vacuum cleaner or garden power tool. Because these items contain metals, plastics and in some cases hazardous components, the law requires them to be separated from general waste and recycled properly. We separate electrical items from the rest of a clearance so they go to the right place.
Office and IT equipment clearances
Upgrading or moving offices often leaves a room full of old PCs, monitors, keyboards, phones and printers. We clear it all in one visit, carrying everything out from any floor with fair access, so your team does not have to. Businesses have a duty of care for the waste they produce, and the waste transfer note we provide is your record that it was handed to a licensed carrier.
Devices that hold data
Computers, laptops, phones and hard drives can still contain personal or business data. We recommend you wipe or remove storage devices before collection. If you need devices with data on them handled as confidential waste, tell us when you book and we will arrange this alongside our confidential waste service.
Homes, landlords and businesses
Whether it is a single TV, a garage full of old appliances or the electrical waste from an end-of-tenancy or office clearance, we price by volume with all lifting included. Fridges and freezers are covered on our dedicated fridge disposal page, as they are handled separately.
