Waste Removal Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a waste collection and rubbish clearance company based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Prices shown on our online calculator are based on the volume of waste and any additional chargeable items you select. A booking request is an offer to purchase our services; a contract is formed only once we confirm your collection with you.

All quotes assume clear and safe access to the waste. If the volume, weight or type of waste on arrival differs from what was booked, we may adjust the price to reflect the actual work required. We will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Our rubbish clearance starts from £84 and is priced on the space your waste occupies on the vehicle, with all labour and disposal included unless stated otherwise. Additional items such as mattresses, fridge/freezers, sofas, tyres and TVs/monitors carry a surcharge as shown at the time of booking.

Payment is due on completion of the collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices include VAT where applicable.

For safety and legal reasons we cannot accept certain items, including asbestos, paint and paint cans (unless empty), liquid chemicals or solvents, car batteries, clinical or biological waste, fire extinguishers, gas bottles, and oils or petrol. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us before booking.

By confirming your booking you declare that your waste does not contain any prohibited items. Where prohibited items are presented, we reserve the right to refuse collection of those items.

You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the waste and to ensure the items are ready for collection at the agreed time. You remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions where waste is located on land you do not own or control.

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as early as possible. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. We may cancel or reschedule a collection due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or vehicle issues, and will offer you the earliest alternative.

As a licensed waste carrier we transfer, recycle and dispose of your waste responsibly and in line with our environmental obligations, diverting as much as possible away from landfill. On request we can provide a waste transfer note as evidence of lawful disposal.

Once waste has been collected it becomes our responsibility to dispose of it correctly. We are not able to return items once they have been removed, so please check that nothing of value is included before collection.

We take care when carrying out clearances, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or for damage arising from restricted access, unsafe conditions, or items concealed within the waste. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
