Confidential Waste & Paper Shredding
Old files, bank statements, payroll records, client documents and archive boxes need more than the recycling bin. We collect confidential paperwork from homes and businesses across Aylesbury and the surrounding counties and keep it secure from the moment it leaves your premises until it is shredded, either by our own team or by a trusted shredding partner. It is ideal for one-off archive clear-outs, office moves, probate and house clearances where personal papers turn up.
Why confidential waste needs care
Documents with names, addresses, bank details or health information are personal data. Under UK GDPR, the organisation holding them is responsible for disposing of them securely, and paper that is thrown away whole can lead to identity fraud or a data breach. Using a licensed carrier who keeps it secure until it is shredded is the simplest way to protect your customers, staff and yourself.
How your paperwork is shredded
Depending on the volume and type of material, we either shred your paperwork in-house ourselves or pass it securely to a trusted shredding partner. Either way, it stays sealed and separate from general waste from the moment we collect it until it has been destroyed, and the shredded paper is then recycled.
One-off clear-outs, no contract
You do not need a regular contract. Whether it is a few sacks of old statements or a storeroom full of archive boxes that have reached the end of their retention period, we collect it all in one visit and do the lifting and carrying for you. You can leave paper in boxes, files or folders, as staples and paperclips are fine.
Found during a clearance
House clearances, especially after a bereavement, often turn up personal letters, bank papers and old records. We set these aside rather than mixing them with general waste, so they can go for confidential shredding, and we can return anything you want to keep.
Hard drives and data devices
Paper is not the only confidential waste. If you have old hard drives, laptops or phones that hold data, let us know when you book and we can collect them with your paperwork alongside our WEEE electrical waste service.
