How long does a house clearance take?

Most house clearances are completed in a single visit, often the same or next day. Larger or harder-to-access properties may take longer, and we will tell you what to expect when we confirm your quote.

Do you clear lofts, garages and sheds too?

Yes. A full clearance covers the whole property, including loft, garage, shed and garden, provided there is fair and safe access. Just let us know what is involved so we can bring the right crew.

What happens to everything you clear?

We reuse whatever still has life in it and take the rest to a licensed recycling facility, where on average more than 95% is diverted from landfill. You receive a waste transfer note documenting that your waste has been disposed of legally.

Do I need to be there for the clearance?
